This creamy tomato and red pepper soup is great for a lunch time treat.

This creamy soup also works well as a tasty pasta sauce. What's magic about it? Well even kids who recoil in horror whenever a round red vegetable is placed on their plate will enjoy this dish (just keep quiet about the ingredients)!
